Children's Magnesium Oil with Frankincense Serrata Spray

Lightly shake before use.

Spray 2-4 sprays onto your legs and feet.

Gently massage and allow the Magnesium Oil to dry before covering up. Leave on for 20 minutes. It may be left on or rinsed off.

For the best results, once every day before bed.
