Shipping Policy
Australia
Standard shipping (7-14 business days) – Flat rate of $10AUD for all deliveries under $100AUD.
Free Shipping over $100AUD.
Currently, there will be no express shipping.
Delivery Note/ Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping:
- Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive the tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
- Please note that these delivery times are estimates and that the other processing and delivery times may vary.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
- We cannot grant a refund if your item is in transit.
- We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. These orders are non-refundable.
- For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
- Kaizen Foot Care reserves the right to amend and change its shipping policy at any time.
Refund Policy
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of our personal care products.
Within 7 days of receiving, if you have any reasons, you are not satisfied with the product, we would love to hear from you and help resolve this issue.
